Field Mushrooms
With smoked salmon, Sweet Balsamic & melted parmesan Cheese
8 large field mushroom
100 gm smoked salmon
30g parmesan cheese
1 tspn chopped continental parsley
10ml SBR
20ml olive oil
Serves 4
Prepare the oven at 180deg. Place skinned, clean mushrooms on a flat baking tray with olive oil & cook until light brown.
Remove from oven & place smoked salmon & sprinkle parmesan on top, place under grill until cheese melts.
Remove form grill sprinkle parsley & place on serving plate, the drizzle SBR on top. Enjoy!
Can be served as an appetiser or to accompany a main meal.
