Matcha & Cacao Chia Pudding

1 tablespoon Matcha & Cacao Latte
4 tablespoons chia seeds 
1⁄2 cup cashews
1 cup water
3⁄4 cup raspberries
3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Place chia seeds into a bowl & put aside
Add all remaining ingredients to food processor & blend until smooth
Slowly pour the mixture over the chia seeds
Stir vigorously  until the chia seeds are very well distributed and there are no clumps.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour. 
Top with fresh mango & Goji berries
